Prior to founding SilverBack Migration Solutions in 2003, Jamaca spent nearly a decade holding management positions with leading hosting, telecommunications, and Internet services companies. He has extensive experience building, operating, and managing complex global IT infrastructure systems that are able to scale to meet dynamic business requirements handling mission critical applications, hardware and Data Center operations for the likes of: Intira, Chevron Texaco, Unlimited Fiber Optics (UFO), and AT&T Broadband. His contributions to technology, process development, data center engineering, and systems architecture have been widely recognized and include many reference works published on Internet forums and technology sites. With a broad history of hands-on experience in software engineering, audit and compliance, startup development, IT architecture, data center design, and operations management, he is widely regarded as an accomplished leader and subject matter expert across many technologies.
